Just watched your short video , as others have said , something is sticking big time . If your able jack it up one wheel at at time and see if you can find which wheel is stuck , at least then so know . Make a list of everything that needs doing , even trivial stuff and mark it off as it's sorted , . Car tinkering can be fun when you do it when you are ready to , not when the car decides it needs it . I do it as a job and some days I can't even be arsed to do anything on my own stuff . I love my 3 cars but sometimes I could easily sell them when stuff is going pear shaped . My Maserati ( no I'm not posh I bought it cheap ) breaks every time I look at it but I love it , your the same with invacars , I'd have done same as you , and bought it even though you couldn't drive etc. Get Christmas out of way , if you get a dry day jack it up , even if it takes an hour going steady etc and do some investigation , take hand brake off , tap drum with hamer see if it frees up , if it does press foot brake and then try turn it , if still free you know it's not the foot brake , so could only be hand brake . Then when you do find a garage you can tell them the issue and save a bit of money on diagnosis as you know the issue . I'm sure you will anyway , but keep us updated on progress.

Lbf , if you wasn't so far away I'd come and do a day working on it for you . I drive old cars and I'm a mechanic by trade . Let me tell you there is never really a time all my 3 don't need something doing , whether is something simple like a bulb , or more pressing like just finishing doing the tappets . My point is , leaving rev at the field till the jobs are done would never happen , as a old car parked outside would keep developing issues and your list would keep going. It's better where it is and at least you can keep it running and clean etc. Even if brakes are binding a bit , it wouldn't harm it to keep moving it about abit . As others have said , I'd find a local classic friendly garage , just be weary as you could run a big bill quite easily . Hope you get it sorted and usable shortly .

Ignore all the bollocks comments flying about that you were driving fast etc Ian. I come a cropper in Lincoln about 13 years ago in my BMW e23 , came off roundabout same thing happened but ended up Futher in ditch , car was totalled , I wasn't driving fast either , rear just broke away and I couldn't get it back . It looked very similar to where you spun , . Main thing is no one was hurt , as much as we all love cars on here , they are repairable , or worst replaceable . I really enjoy your videos on YouTube keep up good work , and as I've said before when it's the Yugos turn for some TLC , I'd happily drive over to Wales and get multimeter out and sort that wiring out.
