Let's work our way through the interesting bits, starting with Matchbox Flying Beetle is one of the Roman Numeral series and is uncommon over here. Battered but destined for resto as I have lots of parts donors stashed away. MGA is one of the few Matchbox castings I didn't have There is a Merc 220 in the mix, this one Pink Datsun Jeep must have a zillion versions This is a shame, Ashtray is quite clean but glass has deformed in the sun I initially thought this was a Super GT, but it's another of the Roman Numeral series, Black Widow, formerly Siva Spider as suggested by the tampo Dakota Street is very tidy Can't resist a Mini Pick-Up Especially when it's Bigfoot! Spotted this King Size Crapi in a bag of assorted cars - wasn't the only interesting one in there either

Today's boot sale winnings. A lot were the result of buying bags and boxes if cars but there are some interesting ones in there

A Beetle floorpan that's been in a fire, with a reg that's not on the DVLA system. No more than a couple of weekend's work to put this back on the road, I'm sure the fire won't have affected the strength of the spine, or the torsion bars, or the cables etc etc etc https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/225551407412?mkcid=16&mkevt=1&mkrid=711-127632-2357-0&ssspo=17gB7FjXSKy&sssrc=2349624&ssuid=X5RtjeAxSP-&var=&widget_ver=artemis&media=COPY

Just the copyright date, usually the year before it was actually unleashed on the public. Later they started putting a coded date stamp on like H12 or similar which says the year and week it was manufactured

Rapid Transit, that version was released in 1990. Didn’t realise you were so youthful! I have this one from 1988

This wasn't from the boot sale - very brown Hot Wheels Jag XJS This was though - I've seen this type before but need to do some detective work on it. Roof pops up if you push the tailpipes in. Think it had a bonnet that did something similar too Matchbox Veedubs look like multipack versions And yes, another Welly Lupo Plus a "Champer" from Maisto A couple of Majos Yee-haw! Zee Toys Crazy Wheels Ford Pickup has had an eventful life Corgi P1800 is I think less common in red I've got loads of Buick Regals but no white ones until now Jeep This is my best buy - ÂŁ1 for this K-10 Scammell with all the usual broken bits intact More Matchbox in the form of Âľ of a Major pack - what should the tractor be? Tidy trailer Boss Mustang is pretty clean Think this is the only Super GT that eludes to the casting it started life as To tidy to leave in the 50p box 80s excess Typical, Unimogs are like buses - only got one of these the other day Later versions of the Blazer and Chevy 4x4 van And lastly, a Trickshifters RX-7

Think I was quite restrained at the boot sale First time I've been to the one in a field - it was a bit* soggy

Well you've got Wiki but it's not always got every variation I find https://matchbox.fandom.com/wiki/Ford_Sierra_XR4i HobbyDB list 15 https://www.hobbydb.com/marketplaces/hobbydb/catalog_items

I'm gonna say the green van as I don't recognise it

While you lovingly fondle your camper, I'll admire a redline Deora I snapped up for well below market price Which doesn't excite me as much as this - I don't think this colour scheme Celica Supra was released in the UK

Sierra is lovely. Cortina looks in good shape too

Kinda reminds me of the time, a few months after finishing a plastic model kit of the General Lee, when I decided it was going to be the subject of a crash and subsequent inferno. So that was the end of that

That Matchbox camper is worth a fiver to me if it's still sealed

Some good market finds this morning, Dinky Caddy is my favourite but I was helping daughter #2 move today so wasn't in a position to snaffle stuff...but:
