  10. I have certainly never come across a manual V6 before, the inline 4 cylinder version is often found as a manual though.

  12. Not to my knowledge. It would be difficult to run a site like that nationally as car registration is handled separately by each state and territory, some states and territories are more rigorous than others when it comes to vehicle inspections.
