    Camera-lugging justified, again.

Another entrant for that previously fantasised about Fantasy Calendar.

I can't keep track of Limited Editions; are they Dealer or Factory or Home Made? This "Colour" has a double sunroof and lairy seat fabrics.

I drove an E32 for one day in 1991 and I liked it.

    Sierra L

    Fiesta L

Post-war Autoshite; misery points taken away due to "deluxe" spec which appears to be limited to wind-up windows. Still lacking a boot lid though and built in a time when Britain still had food rationing so misery points are arbitrarily reinstated.

Imagine my surprise when I stumbled across another much posher* Standard in the same month.

    It has a modern* companion.

Adjacently, a Herald like they was in 1982 or thereabouts.

An electric French oddity, surely influenced by the Fiat 600 Multipla. Sadly, it didn't take off.

Astra F all the way from Portugal.

    Hmmm. Bling* Roller

Shortly after I took this photo, "For Sale" notices appeared inside the windows with an ambitious £500 price tag. It didn't sell; the notices and the car are now fading away.

    V8 Sherpa.

Well this was different; an electric bicycle with design influences from those 1920s motorcycle board racers. Built and owned by a cool Dutch guy.

Then, the rains came down. Standing in a shop doorway and oh, what's that going around the bend?

By some small coincidence, I found it a couple of weeks later on it's home driveway.

A little old lady owns this; as far as I could tell, she's from neither Pasadena nor Paris.

This is a special place; a handful of fucked Herald estates and another handful of fucked Chevettes. Mostly estates. Unfortunately, all are hard to photograph without door-knocking slash trespassing and possibly risking the wrath of an eccentric billionaire #releasethehounds [/paranoia].

Walton Bridge Breakfast Club; 820 Coupé.

    Early Mk3.

    Reliant Middlebridge.

Venturing outside the M25 again, one of my rare "on the hoof" grab shots; another 820.

Fourgonette; one of my favourite French words.

If the thought of tooling around in this doesn't put a grin on your face, I believe you have no soul are in a minority.

Honda spaceship. Looks better from the rear IMO.

Driven by an elderly chap who also owns three dogs. Surprisingly, Katie Price is not one of them.

One of the earliest ones to not wear a Metro badge (doesn't wear a Rover badge nowadays either).

Like I said earlier in the year, you'll always find something of interest at the Boot Sales.

Oh, what's that over there? Yes, it's that Husky again. This time, almost parked next to a Morris of very similar vintage.

So many estates yet so few saloons.

TD Sapphire; another rocking horse stool. Badges may or may not be OE. Help?

Mk4 Cortina estate in beige. When I find myself questioning the idea of lugging a D-SLR camera around, just in case I see summat interesting, yeah?, I think about this car and indeed a few others. I also think about saving monies to buy a pocket-sized compact.

Boot Sale time again; A Belgian Korean In (the vicinity of) London.

Vans in Reliant and JDM flavours.

Is "Envoy" a spec that's equal to or slightly greater than base? Wheels, bumpers and white suggest so to me.

I quite like these OE wheel covers. Don't recall seeing them that often or indeed ever.

Back within the confines of the M25, a roofless Fiat 126 with impressive* rollbar & deckchair hood.

    Luxurious* Astra F.

Previously seen in the Lazy Spotters Thread.

    Yet another CX.

    2.9 litres of Ghia.

Land Cruiser with super specialer number plate.

Tenby has a nice beach. While the family were busy building sandcastles and arguing, I went hunting for Range Rovers.

    Daewoo delight.

    Mileage >200K E36.

If I ever got around to producing a 'Shite Spotter's Calendar, this would be in it.

406 Exec with leather and lacquer peel.

Building site 'shite; a relic from the '60s in a garage of ceased trading. I've got as far as Case 530CK for the ID but if there are any experts on this sort of thing, please let me know if I'm right or wrong.

    4-pot Granada Ghia.

200 Avant Quattro Turbo. A rocking horse may have pinched this out.

Car Boot Sales yeah? I reap them with my photographical secateurs.
The flag is incorrectly painted/printed because:
      a : PATROTISM (sic)
b : the Union Jack (sic) is a bit complicated
c : balance and pretty colours
d : I am not UK citizen but I love this country
German canvas suggests 'd' to me (I fear that it's actually 'a')

Too tall, too narrow, yet works (?)

    Mainstream classics turn up occasionally

    Nissan Vanette in VGC

    Oh, what's that over there?

It is indeed a Hillman Husky

Well remembered! I'm sure I saw a bit of that once. I'm definitely* the only person who watched "Ten Pin Bowling"; three people bowling 10 frames with three commentators taking the piss out out of them. Nick Abbot was one of the piss-takers.

    Lonely Super Minx
