  4. What was the most you ever got one run out the Lancer? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  5. The Lancer is great mate. Not as good on petrol as I thought I would be. However I think it will take me a bit of time to get use to it. Probably only getting 350 mile to a tank at the minute Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  6. Would hate to see this car go over the bridge for the sake of a leaky sump gasket... still got plenty in it... Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  7. Im glad I’m guaranteed at least 37.5 hours a weeks in this role. So it could be a lot worse. Emailed the temp agency about the contract and they have said it is week by week at the moment. Annoying as I was told it was a guaranteed 5 month FTC. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  8. It shouldn’t be they have just finished a big recruitment drive and it’s not as if it is a small company I work. To be fair I think they have over recruited but there is a high staff turnover with about 35% if staff on temp contracts. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  9. Temp contract jobs. Finally got myself out of a shit ton of debt and actually seeing a little savings build up. On the search for a perm job before my contract runs out and the agency I’m with have informed the contract could be cut short by a few months. Absolute buggery... expected to get a good 5 months work and not have to worry about paying bills or getting into more debt. Hopefully they get their arse into gear and sort it out... 10. Where abouts are you as could potentially pick up on Saturday? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  12. I have had 2 of them. Great wee cars. Nothing really worked properly on my last one apart from the mechanics haha lol and it was rusty. The radio was more use as a paperweight, heated rear windscreen threw a strop and blew several fuses (gave up with it in the end), drivers door was permanently locked as the lock was so stiff so I constantly had to go in through the passenger door and the boot on the odd occasion when the passenger door lock decided to stay shut. Apart from those small niggly things it really was a great car to drive, the steering was brilliant and it was always good fun down
  13. Absolutely love this thread and your fascination for Toyota Corolla's. It is almost like my fascination for Nissan Micra's and pre 2000's japanese cars. Keep up with the good work buddy.
  14. I remember my dad having two 340's with the wipers on the headlights, such a quirky feature. Looks great best of luck with sale.
  15. I wouldn't be surprised my if my Micra had turned out like this prior to my dad doing an absolute ton of work to it and yet it may still fail it's MOT.
  16. A Micra K11 would be the choice of car for me, purely because I love them. I can see why they are chosen for events of this type, as their reliability is beyond question in my eyes. If you can, I would get one and try tinkering with it maybe to get some more performance out of it.
  17. If you weren't so far away I'd take it as I am currently carting about in a rusty as buggery Nissan Micra that doesn't like being driven over 60 and even with the tracking sorted it is still on squint.
