Walked away from a couple. The one that springs to mind was an ‘03 or an ‘04 Skoda fabia Sdi estate. Was working a nightshift and went over to view it before I started work. It was a clean car and looked fair decent for the price but I wasn’t amused by the fact it was filled with seats from another car the seller hadn’t bothered to take out.

To be honest I don’t think you are far wrong. It’s a shame. If there wasn’t as many rust issues with them there would a ton load more on the road.
-
I’ve had two. Brilliant little cars. The prices some people are asking for them is ridiculous. Find a good rust free one and you’ll have an appreciating classic on your hands.

My old fabia is just fine. Might look like crap but it is doing a stellar job

I feel your pain. I only have one piece of shite and its not even shite. Its boring and reliable... yet I want to get rid... an old fabia diesel estate. I have flirted with the idea of getting a car on finance but my cars are used as beaters and I don't think id be able to keep a car for the length of a finance term

It was just grim and manky. The toilet from trainspotting was cleaner than the one I used... ?
-
Sandbach services are grim. About ten mins from where I stay now and had to stop in there a few weeks ago... wouldn’t go back. Would much rather piss myself.

Why do I come on these forums late at night after I’ve spent hours looking through eBay and deciding on a shit hatchback to come across something like this which is the same price... give me a random guv’nor

I hope my fabia isn’t too modern. Certainly got enough rust on it for it to be shit Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

As much as I love K11's I think the toyota would win this battle.

I’ll put in annual leave at work tomorrow for this. Count me in as a 90% Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

That's a bargain. My fabia has worse sills than this and they are only rusted on the surface. I'd put the money into this and sell it on for £500, someone on gumtree will pay that for it.

I'm interesed in this. I'm currently looking into this sort of idea. I would like a smaller car as im only doing around 150 miles a week (down from 600-700 a week)

Been looking at this and just wish it had a manual box in it!
-
I'll take two. Could use this while the fabia gets some much needed rustproofing on it.
-
I'll need to give my spot on this one up. If anyone wants my slot they can have it.
-
Sod it. Might as well put myself down for this. I have no need or use for this but a tenner to help this get moving on doesn't sound so bad. I'll take a random.

For me for it would definitely be something Japanese. Swift, Mazda 2 or Yaris

Previous model Mazda 2. I had one and loved it.

Drive away for £200, the cheapest of cheap shite thread

https://www.autotrader.co.uk/classified/advert/201901224173332 Jizz mobile for £200. Noisy thrust bearing according to the ad, for £200 and 2 and a bit months motoring its not bad, bridge it and get most of the initial outlay back. -
I'd definitely have a roffle on this. I'd imagine something like this would shift in no time on a roffle. I had a 2008 one, rear axle had to be done on it. Not a bad car in all honesty.

Think I might be up for this one this year. Unemployed at the moment, but hopefully new job should be forthcoming this week with agency. I will make a point of putting the dates in the calendar.
