Live Incoming Pictures, Also, Mileage is slightly lower than 255,000 miles, its actually a nice low mileage of just 248,601 miles...lol.

Also, I have absolutely no idea why the pictures are the wrong way up????.....I tried to upload them from my phone at first, but they loaded up the wrong way, so now I am on my Laptop, & they are still loading up the same????

If someone can fix them so that they are the correct way up.

    Apologies, but here it is.

It has the full logbook, in my Dads name, the mot & a key.

Please don't expect a brand new van, but, if you are looking for a reliable little jump around that you can leave anywhere without fear of it getting scratched etc,
    this could be it.

My Dad also says it is very good on diesel mpg.

Anyhoo, feel free to get in touch, check what you need to & ask any questions.

    Cheers.

Well, this will either be greeted with deafening silence, or will be taken under our wings. I've got use of the unloved and now unwanted works Escort van. I've been using it for a few weeks now, but didn't know if it would have any interest on here. Well, now the M.O.T is due and work doesn't want to spend any money on it, but I can fix it myself, and keep using it, if I want. It needs for its ticket, new tyres, a windscreen, a rear wheel bearing, a front spring, discs and pads and the load compensating valve freeing/ replacing. It needs loads of other bits as well, but not as urgently. The upside is that there is another van to strip bits off. I really shouldn't bother doing it, but that's not the shiters way. I have to spend an inordernately large amount of time to fix up a vehicle that is teetering on the bridge, apparently. So, today's job is to go and collect the van to be raided for bits.

    Bonus finger shot.

Nothing wrong with a "scruffy bastard volvo" mate...an they are always good for high mileage too.
Whilst i have owned many low mileage Volvos...Ive had a few high milers in the past.
I bought a maroon 240 estate in the 1990's, an even back then, it had over 250 000 miles on it!!!
It looked in mint condition, an drove just fine.

Cheers, good choice of vehicle that man.
850 T5's are rather nice, i find them a little more aggressive than the v70/s70/c70's...theres just something about the way an 850 T5 lays down the power.

Here is the only 960 i have ever owned...i avoided them back in the day, when i just stuck to 940's.

This one was also a stupidly low miler...i sold it with just 77 000 miles on the clock.
I would buy another one in an instant though...3.0, 24valve, straight 6, 204 BHP, non Turbo, RWD.
Just a super smooooooooooooooooth drive. But does eat petrol.

    Some pics, cheers Paul.
