New engine mounts are always a worthwhile investment. One of the quickest and cheapest things that helped tighten up the feel of my MkIV.

If BL had made entire cars from the same material as the badges, the survival rate would be much greater.

If you charted average age of owners, taxation rate, the price of scrap and plotted political moments (scrappage, ULEZ, 2030 etc) then you’d find an intersection of all of these, which might be +/- 5 years for most cars.
