Yup , some of the ratios duplicated so there was about 6 usable gears , I had a green one like the photo, it was bought from John Clark ( has a bit of an empire up here) as a trade sale ,he used it for his holiday car in Spain so had lhd headlights , his mechanics nicknamed it kermit. As for photos only got for the Fuego & Acclaim I will try and up load, film was dear so back in the day cars only appeared in the background when filming family and friends .   7. I've owned 17 cars between 83-89 , unfortunately after that was a company car man , now van man. I've forgot 2 but here's the list I do remember, apart from the 205 which was bought new (big mistake) all the others cost less than a grand, usually as the were in distress. Electric cars pure and simple , the government dictated 20% of new cars sold this year must be EV or risk heavy fines per units , this will rise to 80% in 2030, ah but I hear you say I don't drive an EV , correct but that not how insurance works , same as a RR owner does not pay a premium to reflect of a £300k motor , it's spread amongst the masses , until the government legislates for Tesla & co to open up software & battery info to all the cost of repairs ain't going down.   22. It gets better my son's bmw 118i clutch starts slipping , ecu figures out rpm and speed don't match parameters and goes into limp mode. At least it saves the flywheel. I have a small ramp so not too bad to do but Jesus, spend half the night removing and refitting under trays, what an amount of screws. Sent from my SM-P610 using Tapatalk
