This morning my mrs told me to sound the alarm and get us to the hospital.
An hour’s brisk driving in the Disco of Doom and amazingly we had no FTP’s and no major traffic and found ourselves at Hastings Conquest in good time.
Even more amazingly, my partner wasted no time in bringing child number two into the world.
I got to name our son (Jensen), and my mrs has settled on Amélie for our daughter.
I’m absolutely over the moon, couldn’t be more proud of my partner and I’m incredibly grateful for the excellent care once again by the maternity team here in Hastings.
All being well then they’ll both be home tomorrow!

3VOM reacted to Wolseley75 in The Wedgister - Princess and Ambassador Records
Hi, I am the owner of 309ARX
I can confirm that the car has always had this plate through its life. It was originally a demonstrator model for a small BL dealership, delivered to them on 1st September 1975 (the couple who ran the dealership sold the car to me in 2003).
309ARX was their own private plate which they had kept since the 50s and they put that plate on this car when it was registered to them, so it was never given a conventional 'P Reg' suffix plate. The car was the dealer demonstrator for all of 10 days, before the 18-22 series was rebranded as Princess and the Wolseley model was eliminated. The couple chose to keep the car as their own from that point on.
Cheers,
Chris

Forgot to give update, clamp removed early next day. Thinking of getting "Private Property" signs but, to use the American legal phrase, that "assumes facts not in evidence" (i.e. clampers can read and will check and understand notices).

It is insured, SORNd and off the public road. DVLA have done this to be before. Today they also left a "Not Taxed" sticker on a neighbour's car, which is also off road and SORNd.

Used my welder in anger for the first time at the weekend. Welded a nut onto a broken off stud to get it out. Might only be a small thing but felt like a big achievement to me lol
