People are stupid really, I've had cars slip off jacks before but I've always had at least another prop and a wheel underneath, I have a huge 3t trolley jack now and 4 stands but send anything that requires getting fully under the car to the mechanic with a lift.

They are flighty fuckers and will spit you off very easily, complete overkill in my opinion, I'd be wanting something with electronic aids these days, cold tyres and an over enthusiastic throttle will see you high-sided leaving your driveway, a litre bike with no rider aids, short wheelbase and an aggressive power delivery is a whole handful of trouble if you are a novice. A H2 is comparatively large, a ZX10 is small and cramped so not great if you are tall/fat 1000's are very easy to ride but gather huge speed very quickly and you may find yourself arriving at a corner a lot faster than you thought, they are so capable riding at normal speeds is a bit boring really. I've had or ridden pretty much all of the litre bikes up to about 2010, including an '04 ZX10 but found them pretty pointless on the road ultimately. Not sure what you have now but your first big bike doesn't have to be a 1000cc sports bike, there's all sorts of stuff out there that is ultimately more rewarding on the road. Just my 2p

I have a similar one, after 30 years of pissing around with 1.5/2T play jacks it's made a huge difference. Bloody heavy though, although I'd not say 50kg.

It should just work, if not the wiring is hidden under the gear change, where the factory telephone connection hides, the USB and aux are connected to to parrot box and should be selectable through the remote, I'd try a factory reset to see if it resets things firstly.

Nice to see the old thing getting some TLC, it was always a bit oily down there but was good at keeping the rust at bay.

There are loads of Allegro's left, and the Integra was very rusty, they are their cars they can do what they like with them, there's several on here who have 'ruined' various cars, at least with retropower you know the end result will be very special.

It came from Enterprise, I have no idea of the rates as work has a corporate account and I just ask for a car when I need one.
