Yes, that is an inch of water in the boot. Window seal is goosed. All very solid in here though.
Thickie question - what's the elastic stretched across the underside of the rear parcel shelf for? There's also a black plastic knob through the shelf.

I think it'll have to stay for spares now as they are pretty hard to get. Not that this one needs anything, it's almost perfect! Here it's wearing Alfa badging but it's actually a Nissan. I won't get it back here for a couple of weeks but I'm absolutely made up to have the chance to own this car...
