Oh no Hope it's easily fixed. The only problems I had with it were a failed cam sensor and expansion tank. The latter I bought from Mercedes, it's worth asking because the prices aren't necessarily as scary as you'd assume - they support their old models better than most. I took my old W124 to a dealer (Europe's largest!) to ask about the SLS pipes and they made me a coffee while someone printed out all the parts diagrams. They treated me and my 25 year old shed the same as they would the guy with the three year old S class. The MB part number for the hose is A 111 018 16 82 -
I was always smart enough to top up the reservoir in mine before taking any photos.

£36,250! At least you know you won't have to spend any money on the brak... https://www.carandclassic.com/car/C1223647

No mention of brakes at all! So the brake fluid reservoir is full I assume? (Winnie the Pooh voice) oh bother https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/134509347757

Really nice, monster spec Mondeo estate here... ..spoiled only by this staggeringly shit install of a radio Wish.com would refuse to sell because "it looks too cheap" Not even bothered to find matching screws to fuck up the dash with. https://www.autotrader.co.uk/car-details/202301083059439

This looks quite smart. Nice colour. Anything wrong with it? Excellent! That’s what I want to hear about a car. A bizarrely worded sentence to say it’s not got any major faults. Uh oh Right… does not affect the drive ability? Okay… can I read what your local Audi specialist recommended? …. Ok, um, about that “no major faults”… A bargain then! Sorry, I can’t figure out how to copy links out of the Gumtree app. Just search the poop emoji and you’ll find it

The fucking ergonomics of this, lol A good 40% of the steering wheel outside of the car gear knob with a greater than zero chance of getting you shot by armed police too, nice https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/225461726145

Scrap the whole thing. No more MOT tests. If you're regularly seeing bald tyres in supermarket car parks, it clearly does not work. It is an excuse for crooked garages to invent failures, and inept garages to invent bizarre advisories and fat finger a mileage discrepancy onto the car's permanent history file.
