I had one about Tatra here before but has Finnish Sisu ever been mentioned here? Will assume that they are quite unknown outside Scandinavia and are probably one of Europe's smallest truck manufacturers they have also made buses. Apart from some for military use, the only model they now offer is the Polar (bellow), which has a cab and engine from Mercedes and is/was available with a Mercedes automatic transmission or a manual unsynchronized Eton Fuller gearbox, which according to info from 2014 was chosen by half of the customers.6 points -

Not much time messing with cars the past few weeks. Combination of bad cold and wedding prep keeping me occupied (getting married in a fortnight). This includes building and painting a mini postbox, spray painting 40x wine/prosecco bottles and photo frames for centre pieces. Such joy 😂. Brake cleaner is excellent for removing old glue from labels... Had the Toledo out a few times last weekend. Makes shopping almost tolerable. Changed the flasher unit as it was giving up the ghost. Noticed a petrol smell from the boot. Breather hose like mush, so replaced. Replaced rubber pipe between tank and hard line just in case as it looks a little old. Red Mazda going for MOT on Monday. Fingers crossed 🤞.6 points -
When I go and see my parents there’s a house we call “the Saab house” on the route… Nice bloke to be fair, I once knocked on the door when I was struggling to get a part for my second 9000, he was out, but I left my number and an explanation and he called and said he had a load of parts… but then the pandemic hit and I never ended up getting them.6 points

Viva pics scanned. Bonus glimpse of the roof of the Black Skoda Rapide and White Cavalier estate. Looking frosty when the Head gasket went And if you look at the interior the rev counter was fitted in the air vent and the air vent repositioned just below. Shame as a move made me get rid of 3 cars I'd quite happily own now.5 points -

I've been out doing car shizzle for a few weekends now on the Elgrand and before that a bit of work here and there on the Subaru getting it ready to sell. Nowt complicated but doing stuff and it's been okay. I genuinely feel like I've got my mojo back in respect of my cars after about 3 years of not being able to even look at them without having a nervous breakdown. So much so that when I've got a week off in a couple of weeks inbetween jobs and I'm planning to do some of the work on the Visa that I've been avoiding for the last 3 years, weather permitting. I also have the incentive of fuel prices to get me going on that ad the fact I'll be carless for a few days at the beginning of May when the Elgrands getting painted but I'm quite excited that the idea of working on it doesn't fill me with dread. I really hope that this can continue as I've really been enjoying it and Imp Jr has also been coming out to help, even asking to go out and do something. Slightly nervous that I'll balls something up really badly and be back at square one but I've had a few pit falls already and have just got on with it, leaving the screws rattling behind the centre console.......4 points -
A round of Scenic Bingo Bollocks Price aside, We have: Good to know I suppose Glad you spoke to the owner, at least it probably wasn't nicked I should bloody well hope so for what you're asking for it... Why have you put it up this early then? I know its rare and all but it is a Renault Scenic after all... ...ok I have had a tiring day at university which involved driving from winchester to Bath and back, but still, I must be on to something right? I went away to Bath in a posh hotel with my wife for her 40th, and we went all around the place looking at beautiful scenery, architecture, eg the royal crescent and such etc. Had a few nice meals, paid £33 for a single whisky and a G&T I get back and she asks if I have taken any nice photos. The only one I took of the whole trip was this, out of the window of an interesting museum Bloody lovely it was too, there was grass growing out of the cobbles around it so I presume it's left there by some rich bloke as a runabout.4 points -

just been to manor park classic auction. have to say I was quite impressed. No catalogue fee or fee to register to bid. Even have a 4 post lift you can view the cars on in week leading up to auction. Fuzz Townshend and the guy from Salvage hunters classic cars have some interest in the business and both were there. Nice mix of cars . Fancied a cheeky one on the Estelle or the Ital but didn't in the end. Ital went for a song at 3k that Nova saloon had 5700 on clock , although didn't see what it went for4 points

Some heroic dilapidation of 1970s VW vehicles locally last count visible from the road is 2x VW 411 variants, 2x T2s and a beetle, with a Peugeot 406 estate just out of shot. They have some other chode 'out back' plus whatever is in that garage. Owned by an old guy who looks like Santa's alky brother. TBH the T2s can and do move, the 411's don't - or at least haven't in the last 5 years.3 points
