pompei
Just watched the Traffic Cops thing on the telly. I only take an interest as it's filmed in Hull where I used to live, and Grimsby where I live now It all depressingly confirms what we know already, that the world is full of little b*****ds who nick, smash up and burn out old cars. It seems the Nissan Micra is the car of choice amongst the 13 year old thieving fraternity, but beware also if you own a Punto, Fester or Jag
Karmann Ghiaman
Those programmes are quite good fun, but what really gets my proverbial GOAT is that they prove how much the police pick on law-abiding motorists simply because we have insurance & driving licences. For Terry Twocker & his mates being a twat with (other peoples') vehicles is a way of life & a cheap substitute for heroin. Plus they might kill not just themselves, but a few innocent people into the bargain with a car. They are never going to pay anything, getting 'points' and 'banned' are clearly meaningless to them. You or I go 4mph over the speed limit where P.C. Snoopworthy is lurking, we fork out £60 & dutifully send our licences to the same magistrates who are no threat whatsoever to the thieving toerags. I'm off to buy the Mail & the Express. In fact, think I'll start writing for those great papers!
retrogeezer
yep, I watched that last night....I bet the 13 year old was really worried about his 1 year ban!!
pompei
"I've seen all kinds of ugliness in hideous excess, But I've never seen a nipple in the Daily Express!"John Cooper Clarke To be fair to the cops on that programme, they were p****d off with not being able to do any more to stop these little scrotes, and that the punishments they get are worthless. I suspect they'd like to give them a good truncheon. But you are also quite right KG, the likes of you and I are more likely to run foul of the filth than they are
Ross_K
Why go to the hassle of taking some thieving c**t back to the station and dealing with two hour's paperwork when you can sit on the side of the road and catch twenty punters speeding in the same amount of time? It's a win-win situation. No, wait a minute...
