fotorabia
G,day rust diggers..featured now is Horopito Motors jus up the road from me.Original owner refused to crush anything so now its an open air rust museum. The famous NZ movie 'Smash Palace' starring Bruno Lawrence was filmed here. theres at least 4000 cars.Anyone coming to NZ should visit..its in National Park near Mt Ruapehu our local volcano n ski fields. http://www.horopitomotors.co.nz/
55bloke
Astonishing!! There's a book in there for a good photographer and a sympathetic publisher!! Wouldn't know where to start with picking a fave, but when was the last time you saw a mating pair of Mk 1 Cortinas?

STUNO
Been past there many times but I have never been in, as Horopito consists entirely of 1 scrappy and maybe a house or two ! But I could spend hours just wandering. I have heard the new owners cleaned it up a bit but they were aware of what they had so left the "interesting" stuff alone. Must stop in on my next trip to Wanganui.
michiel
Apart from the fact that the early Corona is a Crown... excellent pics! I'm never going to wash my car again.
