It looks like a full size Galaxie or LTD, the Fairlane was a different sized car at that time, like a Chevy Chevelle or Olds Cutlass, not a full-on land yacht! This "wood" on the outside looks as convincing as the plasti-metal on the inside. Amazing to suddenly realise cars that were once common as dirt can now be considered rarities. It's been years since I've seen a Chevrolet Celebrity wagon outside of a scrapyard. Looks in remarkably original condition, too! . Same goes for the grandma-spec Chrysler Fifth Avenue. Damn, I haven't seen a Ford Maverick in many a year! Jacked-up ride height and aftermarket wheels do little to improve it. The Maverick owner also has this Dodge Dart. Looks like a rolling restoration project. Not shite, but this 911 Turbo looked manacing!. Chevrolet Lumina APV. It still carried the dealer badge from Kincardine, Ontario. Bloody lovely thing to drive too, apart from being FWD. I had business-use on the insurance, so when I was working in a care house that didn't have a car, I could take the service-users where they needed to be. In style and comfort! (NEP81J on the license plate, I really shouldn't remember that) 140hp and four-on-the-tree but unbelievably smooth and made a nice noise.
