What do I do with a Morris 8 Grille in NY?

To cut a long story short I had this hanging on my bedroom wall as a kid

and then in storage with a bunch of other stuff for years and then had the

lot shipped to the US in 2003 and it's sat gathering dust in my basement

since then. It's not quite the decor my wife has in mind and it's

regularly tripped over so what to do? I could never bring myself to dump it

but could someone actually use it? I've searched a few Morris type clubs

and there's nothing US based, closest is a Minor club in Canada. Anyone

know anyone who needs such a thing? Not interested in making money of it

but would like to see someone have it who actually needs it for a resto.

There's no core, just the surround and honey comb. I think it's a series I

mid/late 1930s.

Stick it back on the wall. Or put it on UK eBay, what with the exchange rate it might find a home. I have found it cheaper to source certain bits from the US than here recently, including shipping etc.

Absolutely, that would look good on the wall of a study if your fortunate to have such a room.....

Probably a flying 8similar in design to the Morris Minor M badges that adorned the bonnets, but without the rear most part touching the bonnet - a bot like the Austin Flying A emblem, but in red or black enamel on chrome.
