UltimateJames Posted August 27, 2009 Share Posted August 27, 2009 Ok so i need to move the midget on as i really need to get the Fiesta finnished over the coming winter months and i dont want the MG sitting out in the rain/wind/snow etc.Im not a fan of selling on cars on ebay tbh so what should i put it up for do you think ??? Its been stored for 4 years but runs and drives great, but does need a battery. Ive been under it and all seems solid with some surface rust on the suspension parts but floors are good.I know it was restored about 6 years ago by the previous owners.body wise its not bad but is starting to show bubbles here and there and the seam at the rear wing is the worst but its still only surface rust at mo.All the electics work etc.Roof has couple of small holes,Basically its a perfect winter easy project for someone i reckon and i could do with a few pounds to get the Fiesta finished I know this sounds like a for sale ad and in part it is but help me out here cheers James. UltimateJames Posted August 27, 2009 Author Share Posted August 27, 2009 True, if i decide once its been through the mot thats its more than i want to take on ill list the fail sheet with the ad cant be fairer than that i supposeA freind of the father in law came to see it last week when i wasnt there and when i spoke to him to see if he was interested he said he`s gonna bring his mechanic friend with him so he can tell him what its worth !! Just know how thats gonna go dont i lots of sucking through teeth and uming and arring.I know its a good idea to bring a mechanic with you if your not that clued up but i used to be one myself so it kinda grinds my gears a bit Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
