I'd happily win this back, in fact I got out of the BMW last night and sat in the Jag whilst getting my bits and pieces out of it and couldn't think of a car I've owned with such a fantastic interior, it really is an amazing and relaxing place to sit, I honestly don't know why I sold it really but I wanted a cabrio, so I bought a coupe instead!

The interior still smells nice too! My super sensitive nose to such things suggests to me that its never been smoked in. At least for no long period. Smoke smelling interiors is a massive deal breaker for me, this one certainly didn't break the deal.

Oldies: 1972 Austin 1100 2dr - Project Rust bucket, 1974 MGB GT - A stereotypical classic car.
Moderns: 2000 Boxster - New enough to drive sublimely but old enough to nearly feel like a classic, 2010 Aldi A4 - Owned to placate the wife on my crap buying.

It has just the right smell of old leather this one. It also makes a huge difference that it clearly doesn’t let any water in so no smell of dampness and the headlining is fresh. It really is as good as any of the really expensive X300s. The only interior I have been in that was nicer was a clean XK8 that I had briefly, that was seriously nice and smelt lovely.

Good reason but I had to go to dinner to cover myself. She knew I had bought it when she drove past it and walking in said what have you bought.

Ah well - seems I've been chucked out of the draw. Asked for number 7 but seems it's been allocated to someone else after my asking. I know I may be relatively new but I do have form for paying for roffle 'tickets'.

All the best anyway.
