My Compact is up for sale again, but now with MOT (until October or November, I can't remember which).
Manual, 2l turbo diesel, 165k miles.

£750 (no swaps thanks)

I've replaced a load of stuff over the years, been meticulous with servicing, and have generally fixed anything that needed to be fixed, major stuff new from BMW. (brank new turbo, crank pulley, injectors, inlet seals, handbrake mech, vortex filter etc). Swirl flaps in the inlet have been un-swirled. Has the mega-comfy black M-sport alcantara interior, with bucket-y seats (fully adjustable) with dark walnut wood trim and leathery bits. I have brand new BMW mats, and I have the original BMW mats over those mats so they stay clean, they're pegged in so they don't move. It's really clean inside and out. Cool fold out rear windows like old Japanese cars but they’re auto electric powered!
17" E90 alloy wheels with four 5 month old Landsail tyres - don't laugh, they're surprisingly grippy!
Two keys, service/manuals, dealer keyring, etc.

The only things wrong with it:
the passenger side windows switch is broken, (now fixed)
the ABS light is on, (replaced sensor, now works and light is out)
one of the parking sensors is insane (replaced sensor, seems to work now)
the glow plug ECU is reporting a fault.
The front bumper is stone chipped.

I've run it through the diagnostic program, and know which reverse sensor it is, and which ABS sensor. I've removed the sensor and have a new one on it's way which I'll replace. It has always started first turn of the key in whatever weather in the four years I've had this, so I'm sure the glow plugs are working, but it's just giving an error. It has had this fault in INPA since I've had it.

It shifts quite well with 150bhp, I've managed 70 - 80mpg on a gentle run over 200 miles, but always get an average of 60mpg. There's no rust on the car, it's pretty mechanically sound I've done close to 70k miles in it I think. Only the crank pulley has failed on me in that time. :)

I'm away from Monday onward, so a sale prior to this would be beneficial! Probably too expensive to raffle, but can't do one anyway. :) I’ve become attached to it and would like it to go to a good home!
I've only taken three photos of the car since I've bought it, but will update later.

PS I'm having difficulty finding photo storing websites - I know this is a strange question to ask in 2019.

Blimey. If I'd not got the V70 I'd have sent you a pm for it already! That's a great dependable daily in my eyes.

If your V70 is a petrol auto, you could always offer it to me.  :-D

It's a diesel manual so I think that's probably the opposite of what you want. Unless someone wants it for £800....but I do quite like it!

Not going to lie Dave, I'm surprised you're selling this.
It's been a top motor, literally getting you from one end of the country to the other.
Hope you've got something just as reliable (and comfortable) to replace it with.

Now back up for sale.

I've done a few fixes - new drive and air con belts, passenger window switch, ABS and parking sensors. Air con needs regassing - the air con won't switch on if it senses there is none.

It all runs great.

Can an admin staff move this to the for sale section thanks.
