Very happy for you that the roffle is going so well. Must be a testament to you and the quality of your Safrane.

Still sticking with my one ticket though, I'd be dead if I win

I would honestly love to win just so I can experience the 220 mile drive home in one of my mum's favourite cars. I'd also show my dad for nostalgia's sake and then it'd be re-raffled to keep it in the fold.

24 tickets are still available, if we keep up the momentum we can draw a winner by the weekend, so please consider donating to a good cause (?) and get the chance to win an interesting car. :)

To persuade those who are still hesitating a bit, have another look at this beautiful piece of technology:

Hmm. The placement of that car phone seems rather French. Surely it will bash into your knee? I wonder if Renault put it there in protest for having to make a right hand drive vehicle? I would wager that it is on the far side in a left hand drive variant. I love it.

Where the phone is, is where my leg was on the Safrane that I owned.

Still would mind.

They could have gone further and programmed the talking dash to hurl insults at the driver. That would have been rather brilliant.

This is such a nice car! This is the kind of car to make me pop my riffle cherry. If I ACTUALLY needed a thirsty V6 petrol car. What I actually need is nice diesel van or estate that I could use rather than the works escort van I'm using now. And more so is it really worth the fact I'd lose a bollock from SHMBO. So, all in all it's about as sensible as shoving wasps up my arse.
* one random please. *
