I've decided to part with my dedra turbo. It's a Jreg and I've had it just over 12 months. I bought it as a non runner and it had been stood about 10 years. Its been extensively recommisioned and runs well.
It's had a new in tank pump, 4 new premium tyres, alloys refurbished, new centre caps, both rear calipers replaced, new rear discs and pads, new heater matrix fitted, 2nd hand radiator fitted, full cambelt and balance belt kit Inc bearings, full service, new distributor cap and rotar arm, new HT leads, new ign module, new front wheel bearing, 5 brake pipes, just had mirror covers painted too. It runs really well and pulls like a train. It's currantly got mot till 21st of Feb. All electric windows work and CL. Interior is very good, lovely alcantara in grey.
Mileage is 78000 miles
It could do with the bonnet painting and spoiler, when it went through last mot the hydrocarbons were high, they are still high, I suspect poss injector issue, but it does seem better. God knows what it's worth, I'd like about £2500 for it, but see how it goes. Ring 07554993584 if you want more info. Cheers matt

I've wanted one of these for ages but its bad timing for me. I hope someone on here does get this.

Maybe I should just fix my 155 and be happy with that.

I'd love that.

I nearly had one as a company car back in 1991.

I wanted a BMW,  boss said too expensive.

I said Lancia. he said Cavalier.

Indeed it would be, but I’m broke for the next few weeks until the unloved modern BMW finally sells (don’t ask), and I’m also out of storage.

I’d love to have a go in a working one of these. The overall shape is an acquired taste but the detailing is lovely, and the alcantara upholstery is particularly delicious.

This looks fantastic, I used to admire a Met Blue Dedra as a kid parked close to where we lived.

Love to buy this myself but I'm in the lack of space / money category sadly.

Oh you don’t know how much that tickles my fancies (ooh-er musses). You see I’ve had history with these, having owned two 2.0 n/a models. One was silver with a green alcantara interior and the other in fiat cloth. Both were delightfully detailed compact four doors that made you feel special on every drive, belying their rather hum drum underpinnings. They both reminded me that fiat cars of that era can rot well too. The silver one needed complete floor to sill on both sides and the red one I sold to Keith Adams who found out that Dedras can hide their rot extremely well.
There’s something about a Lancias of this era. It’s not their mechanicals - they share a lot with Fiats of the era, it’s not the styling that could be called challenging at the best of times. No, it’s the way they make you feel as you drive around, safe in the knowledge that you belong to some mythical “gentleman’s club” where a certain style and poise overbear anything else. They’re the black roll neck jumper and sports jacket of the automotive world.

Interested? Very much so. Capable of affording it? Unfortunately somewhat less so. Shame really, as it's a fantastic oddball car and I'd love it.

I would say roffle, but with tickets at over £40, that seems unlikely.

Oooh, lordy, this is nice.

How on earth can you value it, though? It's worth £10k, or nothing, who knows as it's such an oddity.

I have happy memories of being in one of these that rolled after getting airborne on a hump-backed bridge. I love 'em.

Good luck!

This is bloody tasty but I couldn't give it the home it deserves.

Friend from school's dad drove a white one back when they were new, and it felt like a rocket compared to my dad's Sierra.

Definite soft spot for these, glad to see some have survived!
