I wonder who would import a Alfa like that? Has shades of the Alfa 6 design in it, which would make me very happy to see.

Alfa 6 is one of these with a big face + ass, the middle bit is identical

After a long 4-hour afternoon in the office I was greeted by this 1976 Deer-brown Stag (I was tempted to wait for it to drive off - one of the reasons I like to watch New Tricks is the Stag).

Nope, sorry to disappoint, no Aldi there, just a Subaru, a Toyota, a Daewoo & a Ford! (although you may be in luck as I can't tell what that one is peeping from the right!)

I agree about the Kadett, what a lovely little car. So comically overbodied – just look at the acres of metal above that rear arch. They don’t strike as me looking like a very sprightly thing to drive. Is it an early one? The rear lights look daintier than what my memory tells me they usually look like.I may appear to have been a bit quiet on the spotting front recently, but they’ve been stacking up nicely on my PC – my new route to work and school/nursery drop-off is revealing a few gems, plus there are plenty of oddities in the rather nice little rural town near us. However, it’s noticeable that Lidl and other places around town where I work is throwing up very little nowadays, and the scrap on the stream of trucks going past my office window is getting depressingly modern. If broadband has been set up today as they suggest it will then I’ll try and do an update this weekend. I’m quietly enjoying the rest of yours in the meantime!

And a couple of modern Toyotas

Another vote for that Camaro, I think it’s nice because it’s an early one so looks pretty much as they intended with no plastic nosecone. That ‘beak’ was a real family thing with GM then wasn’t it? Victor FE has a very similar look.

It's nice to see one that hasn't been messed about with jacked-up rear suspension and massive slot mags, that's for sure. Personally I quite like the style of the later 70's ones - not sure I'd like to pull out from oblique junctions in that one, it's quite a blindspot between the side and rear windows (rectified for the '75 IIRC)!

I can't see any of these Mich, I presume it's because my work internet filter takes a dislike to Flickr. Any chance we can persuade you to the merits of Photobucket?

They allow the Bucket, but not Flickr? Strange. I have filled a few pb accounts, but prefer flickr... and I've paid for a two year subscription :)

Serves you right, mucking about on the internet in the boss's time (pot, kettle->black)
