Secret Santa Reveals

The Moog

Recommended Posts

A late reveal form me. I have not been using the PC for days.

Thank you to the Secret Santa for giving me an auction chaos creation kit.

Just one bang of the hammer in the middle of a car auction and a battered smoking Audi will have 4 irate people arguing over who put in the last bid while the old giffer looks at the wall in confusion.

A bit late posting my reveal, I'm not pretending but I really really did want a Persil Bio Box.

But wait, there's stuff inside...

Camper Van Socks, coasters and a Festival of the Unexceptional Top Trumps game.

The FOTU top trumps has been brilliant, we've played it many many times over the hols, and my 9 yr old son has enjoyed the old shite cars as much as my 70 yr old auntie. And my mum finally found out that Datsun turned into Nissan at some point in the past. I'll have to fan the cars out so you can see what a hand might look like.

Also some excellent reading matter:

with some interesting articles to help out the discerning Carlos Fandango:

And an article on the new Golf featuring old golf puns:

Some consumer advice from Barry Cade (shhh, I think it's Dave Allen moonlighting):

But best of all some free help for Vauxhall Owners called 'Jerk and Snatch':

Best Christmas presents ever, thanks ASSS!

I would love to reveal my Secret Santa gift, but it is still yet to arrive!

I think it has got lost in transit, it may have been returned to sender or completely dissapeared off the face of the Earth.

If the sender could follow up with the post office or simply PM me that would be appreciated.

All I want is to know what it was! It's been bugging me not knowing!

Saabnut and Morrisital

If you were their match in santa can you PM me to update

I've hard copy of matches at home. Alas working away.

I'd like to think it's a postal error rather than not posting mishap

uote name="95 quid Peugeot" post="1721103" timestamp="1547890991"]Even allowing for shite post and couriers everyone should of got a pressie from santa.

If you've not received anything, or received 2 presents can you PM me and I'll chase up.

Ta.

Mine did bloody arrive - my son half inched it! Apparently his mate scoffed the chocolate Santas (we don't eat chocolate so no biggie) - but the AA badge and Standard Vanguard are stashed in his room! Little toe-rag.

Many thanks to SS (I know who you are now) - I do apologize but I never got to see the bloody thing!

Apparently it turned up second week of January - which is not a surprise - TripleX posted me a watch and that took over 2mths too!

Next year I'll have to post it in flippin October!!!! Useless Belgo twats

Well, after my grump the other day, my giftee has received his and taa daaa my prezzie arrived today! It was SO worth waiting for, I am feeling a little overwhelmed! My SS went to so much trouble to put together what is without doubt my best pressie of the year! Thank yo so much SS - I know who it was and I hope I can return a favour or two in the future. Certainly I want to meet up with him and buy a beer or three.

My Gifts:

A superb Belgian Leyland Flag (this is going on display in my shed!)

A Rover flag to keep it company (this will be hung on display by my Rovers)

Some tool rails and some battery terminals

An electrical crimp kit (perfect timing, I have this afternoon found my old crimping pliers. This would have been a good thing if I had not left them on top of a Saab two weeks ago before the snow and it is only because it melted last night that I found them. They may or may not have survived! Also a natty triple axle car transporter a la Solstad and broken down vehicle to go on it and a large Leyland sticker

A polishing kit

And finally, that Chrimbo essential, a pile of sweeties!
