Ghosty
Is it an auto? Both Volvo and Saab on their turbo'd cars limit the amount of max torque in 1st and 2nd gear as the boxes couldn't take the power. It is yes.
Ghosty
All week, that Accord has been sitting on 1 bid at £600. It got retracted today. Couple hours later some plonker hit 'make offer' at the start bid and it was accepted. I expect it'll be relisted soon. Meanwhile the LHD Accord has been relisted for the sixth week running. It has a wildly optimistic reserve and keeps failing to sell at £1500-£2000. I'm surprised eBay haven't canned it as it seems to be pretty blatantly being shill bid. Also, guess what drove past as I was inspecting the oil burning 850 - a Legend Coupe.
paulplom
I'm on my 5th T-5 at the minute. I have an '02 C70 convertible cabriolet. It's a manual. 1st gear is a bit slow but it takes off when you put it in 2nd. 2nd must be a long gear as it will hit 70mph on the limiter. I used to have an ex police S70 T-5 in metallic salmon pink. It was a beast and must have been fiddled with. It once smoked the front tyres at 60mph and I nearly s**t my self. Pleased you've grabbed one while you still can.
