Getting there slowly. Remember, delivery may be possible, but you will have to sort out insurance.....

When you say "sort out insurance", do you mean cover your costs to insure it for the day, or to put you on one's policy as a named driver for the day? (just wanting to know the score in case my luck is in).

It won't be insured for me from tomorrow, but I have third party cover so can drive it on someone else's (presumably the winners) insurance.

Okay, bump for this.

Maybe open to swaps as I have been seriously let down by FJ regarding something, and it will stop me from impulsively buying a shitter.

Only criteria, must be classic insurance friendly.

Sadly being both a 4 cylinder and manual BMW makes it a tough cookie to love. It's a shame that no one seems to want it (bar the people who have entered) as it's not quite as bad as people assume.

Gonna do something silly and drop the prices again just to get this barge gone. I can't insure it on classic for reasons beyond my logic, so it's just taking up space.
£325 to buy, or £5.50 a ticket.
