It's likely to be a dry joint in the ABS ECU, which is free and reasonably easy to sort out.This; I have that very issue on my 850TDi though I am informed it is an ABS ring as the cruise control is also inop on mine. Richard Posted November 24, 2018 Share Posted November 24, 2018 You can see quite clearly that the solder joints at the top left here have fractured but it's as well to reflow all the big joints. It's quite hard to get apart, I found it easiest to break off the flange over the join, then cut through very carefully with a Stanley knife.
