You cycled south for the winter, as promised. It is no longer winter, so you can go where you please. I tried cycling up my driveway the other day and was knackered at the end of it. Still full of admires here.

I think next winter you should lend that to Bucketeer and he can sail it down to Morocco.

They probably had 40hp and it made their dog feel unwell!

Its a good read, the follow up 'Narrow Dog to Indian River' is also good.

 

The bit where the Frenchman refers to 'You and you Theeeeeen Dog' still makes me chuckle

Sadly he did both these journeys and returned home to his boatyard in Stone (Staffs) where it caught fire.
