SiC Posted July 24, 2018 Share Posted July 24, 2018 Scrap it. Pretty worthless nowadays and plenty to replace it cheap. Not the best access to work on and won't be terribly easy to do. This is of an age that like to munch their own fuel pump, taking out the injectors and filling the fuel tank with swarf. If the turbo is buggered like it is supposed to be, then possibly other damage has been done after bits of compressor blade have been sucked around. After fixing it, it'll probably fritz out something electrical and lock your uncle out. This is from someone who actually likes the heaps and has owned 2.
