Suitable for intelligent people , its a serious textbook ! Reprint hardback , with dustcover , in good condition . Anyone even half interested in how engines actually work, at the level of their physics, chemistry and fundamental structure wil love this book. He even looks like a boffin ! ...Ricardo did just about everything in mechanical engineering. He even had involvement in the 1950s with Oliver Bulleid's turf-burning locomotive for CIE in Ireland.
