Parky Posted June 28, 2018 Share Posted June 28, 2018 The only vaguely tricky thing there is the suspension corrosion, everything else is bulbs, polishing, and drop links. Steering issue possibly trackrods? They are a tenner each, drop links aren't expensive or hard to do either. Can you expand on the corrosion at all? Is it the strut top (a la 1970's Fords) or an actual component like a wishbone. I cant make out quite what the tester is referring to Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

castros_bro Posted June 28, 2018 Author Share Posted June 28, 2018 Rusty bit is upper inner wing at front of NSF suspension turret under part of the headlamp, headlamp (the size of Belgium) seems to be located by 3 x 10mm (M6) bolts (same as Belgium) so one of the easiest bits to weld but a bugger to get my big angle grinder into. May be able to dump it somewhere near Gloucester (where is this to go to?) this Sunday £25 for day insurance and return rain fare to GU2 7XH AND if you can book prebooked MOT.
