Jooks Posted June 25, 2018 Share Posted June 25, 2018 Hi all , any interest in this? This is my daughters Daihatsu Grand Move , which I am attempting to sell on her behalf. Its a 1.6 engine and if i remember correctly she is the second or third owner. It has 72,000 miles and an MOT until 25th September. The engine runs sweet. Keep fit windows all round. The bad bits: Exhaust has broken somewhere near the back box. The steering creaks, not certain what is causing this. There is a small dent below the offside rear light. The rear seat back cushion has a small section that has been torn. Otherwise its fairly straight and only minor scratches . Looking for about £200, but possible discount for Autoshiters. Parky Posted June 28, 2018 Share Posted June 28, 2018 I had creaky steering in my Mini, turned out to be dry plastic bearings on the column and UJ. A squirt of WD silenced things for a bit, eventually lithium spray grease provided a slightly longer temp solution so maybe Daihatsu use a similar arrangement?
