Bucketeer
It's with a heavy heart and empty pockets that I am putting my red-ish AX up for sale. It's a 1.0 Dimension with four whole forward gears and three doors which ran out of MOT a couple of weeks ago. The interior is near enough mint and has the comfiest AX seats available. The roof and bonnet have much lacquer peel but overall I reckon it looks pretty hot.I really really love this car but I have less than no room at the inn and the neighbours are getting very arsey.I bought it from Gentleman Jerzy Woking who bought it from fellow serial AX fiddler Bramz7. Gentleman Jerzy reckoned it would need little or nowt for the MOT and I concur. The only faults I can think of are a driveshafty clicking under power on lock and a very slight pulsing in the brakes under light load. Oh and the boot lock mechanism broke yesterday. Other than those bits, this thing is ace an will drive to a pre-booked MOT anywhere in the British Isles (and beyond) with absolutely no bother. It's take me all over the country in comfort and luxury. It's a great cruiser and also laps up a bit of kitten power releasing pedal smooshing along the bendier roads.I would love to keep it and MOT it and rent another six garages but if someone can give me £100 2nite M8 and half-heartedly promise to look after it then that would be grand.Oh and it comes with it's own A-Frame, the attachments for which are welded to the chassis and covered with 'boxing gloves'. It seems to have been a motorhome tow car in the past.Location GU16 in the South East of England.Any questions please ask. Today Yesterday Previously Lacquer Peel, Aston Martin, Supernaut and 5 others

bramz7
Would love it back but no room. It didn't need anything for the last test, so it may be okay....

Jerzy Woking
Good on you C-B. I only sold it on as I would not be using it and that would be a waste of a great car. Very solid car which although it has a fair bit of laquer peel, has very little rust anywhere. The seats are really comfortable, and it will be good to see you reunited with the A Frame! castros_bro
Epic collection fred took place, Buckets Man parked A FRAME AX in my driveway but the "drop off" railway station fiasco went slightly less well and the non-AX related boiled Pug 205 + Orange rescue service caused A3 traffic chaos. forddeliveryboy, Jerzy Woking, Sigmund Fraud and 3 others

castros_bro
I'll do a "for sale" laters, I seem to be going to North Africa or somewhere next week so, after the MOT fail Monday I'll probably not have time to fettle it for a pass. buzzes along nicely and the 150 mile journey to the MOT place 2 miles away was a joy. Nice A Frame in the boot which fixes to the front is included. Any offers ?
dean36014
What is the legality of A framing this home behind my car? Does it need a mot to be A framed on the road?

castros_bro
Turbot was PM'd a couple of days ago "just in case". May have a local horse box owner looking this afternoon with the added bonus of having somewhere for it to be and maybe getting it back after.
