OMeGa roffle! Now collected!

Dearest Roffleteers!

Roll up, roll up!

If you're reeling from your failure to win the Mystery Roffle, fear not! There is no mystery here...

What you see is what you get! But you might get something else!

Eh? What? Why? Read on...

1999 Vxl OMeGa 2.5 V6

(petrol flava)

7cvfcj7.jpg

This fine, velour-equipped beauty has traversed scarcely one hundred thousand of the Queen's miles. And it has Her Majesty's Ministry's approval for continued usage until at least September!

It can be yours for a stake of just £6.50. Or £12.50 for two!

Collection is from the historic, slightly crusty and - more importantly - centrally located city of Coventry. The best place from which to collect a roffle win, as you can get here from literally anywhere* in the world. Even Wales.

But what of this CA$HBACK option?

Well, dear roffleistas... I will be offering the winning roffler the unique opportunity to take away an alternative prize and receive ONE HUNDRED POUNDS CA$H BACK!

Yes, that's right! You could be paid £93.50 to take away literally an entire car!

But what is the car? Again, there is no mystery!

1987 Saab 900 Turbo

(b0rked flava)

More details of this amazing (but non-functioning) vehicle can be found in my original For Sale thread.

If you live inside this circle, I will even deliver it FOR FREE (may be a couple of week's lead-time for this).

Delivery outside the circle also possible, but may affect the level of cashback offered.

For more details and photos of both cars please visit THIS THREAD.

(Usual roffle rules and procedures apply. Please do not roffle more than you can afford to lose.)

Have a smashing day.

*except N. Korea.

Agreed - old-style roffles appear to be somewhat passé: this is turning into Casino AutoShite for potential great gains and glory...

But, as with Mr. TADTS, ferries to Norn Iron are still slightly prohibitive, sadly... can't wait until this much-mooted bridge to Scotland happens (sometime next century, probably).

I meant for only the Saab option to qualify for free delivery (because it doesn't drive)...  But, fuck it, if tickets sell out and everyone pays up, for a half-decent coffee and a bag of wine gums, I'll deliver the Omega as well (within the circle).

Ah, a pre-facelift OMGa. That means it'll have actual heater control dials and not the wanky electronic climate control, correct? I also have previous experience of driving an OMGa from Northampton back to Aberdeen, so Coventry is nae bother!

A random please.

In a bizarre twist I have just obtained, in a fiendishly complex deal, a 2.5 V6 Omega this very evening, beautiful driving cars in V6 flava .

I may enter the roffle but it would be certain to die in my custody given I break them for pocket money, if this beast is in need of any bit's I can sort you out

Correct, Sir.  Heater is u/s, mind you, but who cares?  It's summer.  A new heater bypass valve is included in the roffle.

This is an easy one. His "circle of delivery" knocks on the door to Liverpool, overnight Birkenhead to Belfast and on down the road.....

I reckon flights fuel and ferry all doable for under £200 if you are canny.

Either car would be mega bargain at that point..

Hmm

I'll be brutally honest, I can't even see the cars. The pictures don't load on these computers and I have no other way of using the internet for a good couple of weeks. Can someone confirm they have all four wheels? :P

The Omega is pictured at a rakish angle and glistening with either Angels tears or rain, it's a lovely dark blue with what look like 15" 5 spoke alloys .

The Saab also has wheels , looks a little careworn but not in anyway offensive.

In fact I'm so impressed I'd like 2 randoms please and would advise you to do the same, not having pictures didn't used to stop us buying cars from Exchange and Mart or Motoring News, did it? ( although a few hundred wasted miles looking at mis described scrap was quite common)

Some of these comments have me worried that I've made things unclear...

This is NOT a 2 for 1 roffle. The 'prize' is the Omega OR the Saab (+cash).

Winner gets to choose which they take away. You can wait until you've seen both in the flesh if you want.

Ahhh. Yes, many have misunderstood this, myself included. Re-reading it now, you do say it but it could perhaps have been emphasised more. Still a good deal though. No tickets for me this time, no space...
