Alusilber Posted March 16, 2018 Share Posted March 16, 2018 The fashion for US cars in the 70s/80s (and long before that, come to think of it...) was to have fussier/blingier external trim than European cars of the same era, so it wouldn't surprise me that VAG designed some shiny wheel trims specifically for the US market.
