is it electric?

The driving experience may be, but the propulsion is somewhat more conventional

Is it a Tuk Tuk with the coil shorting on the handlebars?

No, although the propulsion is not far off in terms of oddity

In that case is it a Mazda.

Nope, not quite as unconventional as that..

Is it a Tuk Tuk with the coil shorting on the handlebars?

Sometimes I think Autoshite makes me feel like the sensible one..

So not quite as nconventional as a wankel, and someone was half right. Is it a Miller Light Xedos 9?

No, only joking ,far to rare. It must be a compression ignition power plant.
Which means the only possible answer isimage.jpeg

It is not two stroke, nor 2 seater..

Interestingly though, a couple of people have identified a propulsion method as fitted to some vehicles of a similar type..
