I have a goodly collection of A/F and Whitworth spanners, inc some large sizes, all mainly decent English makes Garrington,Bedford,Britool etc.
Don't know if there would be any interest on here?if so I could probably make a few sets or sell individually.

For the full ironic urban hipster twat effect they would need to be in a gardener's trug or perhaps a picnic hamper.

A hipster wouldn't know a Whitworth spanner if you hit them over the head with it.

I'd definitely be interested! My collection of oldey worldy spanners is very limited. Especially in the bigger variety. Plus you can never have enough tools.

What have you got?

Oldies: 1972 Austin 1100 2dr - Project Rust bucket, 1974 MGB GT - A stereotypical classic car.
Moderns: 2000 Boxster - New enough to drive sublimely but old enough to nearly feel like a classic, 2010 Aldi A4 - Owned to placate the wife on my crap buying.

Definitely interested, particularly in any Britool WW combination or double ring spanners. Stick up a list and let us fight it out over them..... ;-)

I'll join in as a lot of my proper spanners seem to be missing leaving me with just frog rubbish.

fuck my boots, that looks like my toolbox!

I had to go out and buy my 1st metric set about 10 years ago because all I had was ww from my moggie days and imperial for just about everything else I owned

a mate who worked for BT donated a box of king dick imperial sockets about 30 years ago. not broken one yet and I have used them in presses and all sorts
