Well it was supposed to be there at 11.30am but its not :(

Then again Ive come  to know the idiosyncrasys of shipping and its currently at Anchor at the the mouth of The Solent which is near enough ;)

My guess is theres a "Right Big Boat" in it's parking space at Southampton and until the parking meter runs out it cant park ;)

Probably waiting for available Tugs too ;)

Probably some twat boat parked in the middle of the port blocking everyone as he'll 'only be five minutes'

Or is that just Adsa carparks?

Well thats it!

My Shipper just got the HMRC Tax bill after submitting the NOVA,he paid on my behalf because of the low amount of £158 and im off to the bank to pay him :)

It is unloaded,I have asked the UK agent for Photos, whether they will or not I dont know?

But it is unloaded sitting in their pound has cleared customs and we have 1 week until the close of business on 22nd March to collect it before its rent chargable.

My shipper is getting quotes for a transporter as we speak :)

so once I have paid him for the tax its 100% cleared and mine :)

THE END!

Well not quite..................................

Watch this space ;)

Not sure but it will be going Southampton Docks to Swindon when it does leave as soon as I know I will let you all know incase anybody wants to get their Spotter Jotters out?

Unfortunately my insurers wont let me drive it fullstop even on the vin though thats how they are insuring it.

When it gets here you may get some Dollywobbler Styleee up and down the car park videos?

Ive got a guy to MOT it he is going to drive it in on Trades so when that happens i might follow it in just because I can :)

Why dafuq not?

Surely at that point you're insured and driving it to a pre-booked MOT...

Do what? Registration? Oh, yes. That minor detail.
Current fleet:  Mercedes.  Xantia.  Berlingo.  Discovery.  Forward Control.  Nova. Historic shite.

See those cranes?

One of those is what took your car off the boat. Don't know if that's still the same boat you can see under the cranes. That's a big one. Maybe yours was near the top.

You're still tracking the boat then, even though your car's not on it any more? Gets addictive doesn't it. It hadn't occurred to me that the containers weren't all UK bound but I guess the rest of Europe want their fair share of Shite too.

Nice one Jo, I bet you can’t wait for it to come home!?

Glad you’ve done it now though?
It’s not that bad really is it in the end. It’s just getting over the fact your buying blind and paying blind. I’d gladly do it again anyway!
