Alexg
Yeah I considered the manky Roller option, but need to be a tad more sensible with someone else's Wonga This SL looks a good one. The seller seems to be on my side too:IDEAL CAR TO BUY NOW USE AND RE SELL IN MAY FOR A GOOD PROFIT.The issue is, they're a bit too safe. Whilst I don't want to flush the cash away on something daft, I'd rather fly the flag just a bit for Autoshitting, rather than just rock up like everyone else in a German convertible. Still, with low mileage and good history this remains high on the list, but I suspect too expensive. https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/MERCEDES-SL-320-1994L-58-000-GENUINE-MILES-FROM-NEW-11-SERVICES-TO-57K/122847669819 This pre-facelift Saxo VTS also made the watchlist. Hardly a great listing, so surprised it's already at £1400 with a day to go. Not for me this one... https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Citroen-Saxo-VTS-Mercury-Grey-12-months-MOT/152809283058 Full ticket Midget, no reserve at £1000 currently. Interior a bit gopping mind, but could be worth a punt towards the end. https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/1980-MG-MIDGET-1500-CLASSIC-CONVERTIBLE-WITH-HARD-TOP/391938800798 stephen01

Aha - then you need a Bulgarian-registered 1967 ARO jeep. https://www.olx.bg/ad/dzhip-unikat-ID6KSPj.html# It's advertised for 8,000 Lev or near offer, which is £3,600. You might get it for around £3000 though, as there's a 1974 one advertised on the same site for 6,000 Lev.. Alternatively, what about a 1962 Volga? https://www.olx.bg/ad/volga-m21-ID78z65.html# That's 5,000 Lev to you, tovaritch (£2,251, although with the help of Google Translate I've just discovered that it's currently dismantled...) fraybentos
V8 XJR job done! I sold mine start of the year and have been keeping an eye out for another as it was an awesome car and quickly appreciating. They are out there for reasonable money on eBay auctions but most classified listings are up for a lot more (1-2k) which could be your profit in 6 months time! Alexg
I've just luzzed a bid on this Morris Traveller. It's low mileage, low ownership, local and a bit of a looker! It's apparently relisted with 'lower reserve'. Just checked it out and it made £4700 last time. New MOT no advisories, I'm in on this big time if it's achievable https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Morris-Minor-Traveller-Woody-Relisted-with-lower-reserve/253294731517 eddyramrod, Junkman, Cavcraft and 1 other

Mr_Bo11ox
do you have to sell your 'own' car next year or do you all swap round?
