Well done if you struggled through my bastard poor French title.

As your reward, you've earned the right to buy this glorious Laguna 2 off my boss's PA.

Good

Gearbox, engine and brakes in good condition
Central locking and electric windows all work

She is after £500ono

At face value, aye...but it's not as simple as that. Better than 20mpg and easy parts availability are a positive. And given that in my current state I have the resting heart rate of a hummingbird, and the only level higher than my stress is my debt...it's persuasive.
I know I can't carry on with the 765 as I stand. Another Volvo of a less obsolete variety would be a different matter though, but there's none hoving into sight.

I'd buy it just for that reason if I had any need of such a machine.

I do like Elbow though.

I'm guessing you've not seen the boring bastards live then?

Disappoint was writ large when we saw them.

If only the Goona had a bigger, more impractical engine and a bader box...

Wishing an auto box on a Laguna is like going down the fast lane of the M6 doing 130mph and wishing your engine would inexplicably dump all its oil out in one fell swoop.
