One quid a ride and a 'free' photo thrown in.The little kiddywinks may or may not learn about driving, but they will learn that all yellow machines with cameras are out to make money off you and have no other use. Mr Speed Camera is clearly enjoying this most public act of sexual pleasure as he has an orgasmic grin on his square, yellow face. He is even giving the popular "thumbs up" gesture to signify to anyone passing that it is acceptable, even desirable, to be sucked off by a plastic car with flat tyres in the middle of a shopping centre.
