Last time I resurrected a GP buggy (nowhere near as nice as this) I used an EMPI buggy harness. From what I remember, the instructions weren't the best (probably better now as it's probably printed in colour) and the fuse box was only just passable (I think I would probably replace it with my outlook on life today), but it was a great leg up on re wiring the old bug and was very affordable back then. Something like £25 That was 20 years ago though! Might be worth looking to see how much they are today.
