I got moist about that Multipla, but £20k? Suspect not, though they are as rare as steak tartar. I wonder if DTR are the Fiat 124 Barchetta specialist? Wonder why they don't do the work themselves?

I am pretty sure the Irish Zephyr Ute has an Australian Ford falcon motor,
a mid 60's one .

Don't let the rubbish photos and lack of engine put you off, these cars are incredibly simple! I have an engine manual and other stuff if required. Seller even says they have an engine. If not, I bet I could obtain one for about £50.

In all honesty, I'd have it, but payday is too far away. If it is relisted due to twunts (quite likely), I could well have a punt.

B series diesel with 52bhp in it must be painfully slow. No wonder it's only done 38k...it's probably taken until now to get that far!

There was an Avengfer rally car in the early 80s with Sunbeam wings etc (probably from a scrappy, as it'd been thrown into the scenery!)the guy called it a Sunvenger!

You could probably get a Lotus Twin Cam and a manual box in there, imagine that with the 145/10 tyres. That would be GUD 4 DRIFTN whether you wanted to or not.

Cheap weekend adventure: Ryanair to Karlsruhe-Baden, bus to Strasbourg, (overnight stop) pick this up for £80, drive it home on the sunday, stocking up on cheap fags in Luxembourg, when you get home ebay off the minty 3-door shell to cover your costs.

I vowed to buy one of these this year (new years resolution), doubt it will be this one though - why not make the effort to drag it out into the light and hose the muck off? Then I could see whether it was worth A-framing 450 miles   .
