Tayne
This chap has built his own G4 replica out of a 1995 Defender 110 The paint job is very very good and I suspect he likes the 300tdi engineYOU HAVE THE BENEFIT OF THE 300 TDi for reliability and running costsIt is a very reliable lump but you do need to change the cambelts more frequently than Land Rover's 60k service interval - somewhere between 30 and 40k is a good bet - so its just as wellIts had a new Timing Belt at 86,778 miles as per Service BookShame the current mileage is 179k! http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll? ... 2364wt_962

ayd
Cheers Fred, nice work. Hows about this? EGAD! It must be just about the last unmodified Mk 1 Renault 5 Turbo in the kingdom! http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/1987-RENAULT-5-GT ... 1e59f2ead3 Looks pretty minty but two and a half large with no ticket - bit optimistic? Its hard to say as the last time I saw one of these on the road it looked as if it had spun through a Dimma bodykit factory before impacting with a large drum of neon green paint. What should an unmodified one be worth? I can't follow you around posting your pics indefinitely ya know! BONJOUR!!!!! I'd happily chuck the wedge at that but having just splashed my cash on a new estate for the Wife I'm fairly broke...although I do already have one of these money pits, sorry, beautiful cars in my life, would 2 just be greedy? god I'm obsessing again........what can I sell...no must save cash for a turbo 2...one day maybe one day.... carry on

Mr_Bo11ox
HI I AM SELLING MY MR2, I BOUGHT IT LOOKING LIKE THIS AND I HAVE DONE JACK WITH IT, AS I QUICKLY FOUND IT TO HAVE BEEN RAMMED FULL OF WOB BY THE PREVIOUS HALFWIT OWNER, WHO THEN LOST INTEREST THEN EBAYD IT TO THE NEXT SPOTTY CRETIN DOWN THE CHAIN I.E. ME. THE NEW OWNER WILL HAVE GREAT FUN LOOKING AT IT OUT OF HIS BEDROOM WINDOW BETWEEN SHIFTS WORKING IN B+Q'S WAREHOUSE AND IT WILL LOOK ACE ON HIS FACEBOOK PAGE FOR A FEW WEEKS TILL HIS MUM TELLS HIM TO GET SHUT. BY WHICH TIME THE FILLER WILL HAVE SOAKED UP SOME MORE RAINWATER AND THERE WILL BE A BIT MORE RUST ON THE PANELS AND THE INTERIOR WIL BE A BIT MOULDIER. AT THIS STAGE IT WILL BE ABLE TO BE EBAYD AGAIN FOR A FEW QUID LESS. BTW IT HAS GOT AN ENGINE IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN THAT SORT OF THING. GOOD LUCK http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/1992-TOYOTA-MR2-non-import_W0QQitemZ250565178067

ashmicro
Strangely, this was on last week with a far better description and photos but from a different seller. Love the new photos showing it dripping with condensation and having a soaking wet boot floor... Noticed that too, Gawd knows what the spare tyre well looks like. My guess is "aquarium" Also the driver's seatback is broken. I'd wager it has the 80's Ford Disco Rear Lamps, ie, when you brake and indicate at the same time, they all flash! Used to see it all the time and it was just a duff earth.
brammy777
Ha I remember those lights doing that! That was hilarious. I do see alot of cars nowadays with the brake lights constantly on, usually Vauxhalls or small Fords.

Station
Modified 1.4 Vauxhall Astra MKII 1991 But such a waste: As previously stated, there is no cylinder head / cam box & cover / inlet manifold and twin 40's (although the 40's are available for £300). If your not sure if a part may/may not be included, please ask.All in the cause of 'modification'.
brammy777
That Astra is mega late, MKIIIs were already being sold on J. I love how out of place the steering wheel looks on the mid eighties dash....... Pretty lame with the missing parts though, even though they wouldnt be hard to find, it makes the car a whole lot more undesirable to others I bet.
