wuvvum
I think you can if it's pre-1965. This one is 1966, which is a bit of an arse.
brammy777
That Austin lorry must be a really late one as i always thought they stopped production in 1964, it was also marketed as the Morris FF and FH, and they were replaced by the FJ.Weird though. Lankytim
Take a couple of leaves out of the springs and have it downrated to 7.5 tons. Easy peasy.
UglyAmerican
This is too revolting to even be ironic. Six cylinder engine. 17 bids, currently at 1800, reserve not yet met. Unfortunately there are probably people who would pay up to 4 grand for this. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/1976-Rat ... 0d56#v4-

whitevanman
Another tatty-but-nonetheless-quite-cool old commercial. If this was a 7.5-tonner I'd be all over it. Alas it's bigger than that and I don't have an HGV license. I thought (though I have been known to be completely wrong) that you can drive a historic commercial vehicle on a normal licence if said vehicle is taxed as such, and not used for transporting goods?indeed you can.........the line is transporting goods for commercial gain

Guest
1991 Ford Granada Scorpio Cosworth Excellent! I'd love to hoard one of these away just so it doesn't end up having its mechanicals ripped out and shoved into a really stupid-looking kitcar. 1993 Mercury Sable "Hirst Cabs, whaddya want?" 1989 Maserati 430 Still like these. 1974 Chevrolet Camaro "We heard you like mullets, so we put a mullet on your mullet so then you can enjoy a mullet whilst also having an existing mullet"
michiel
LOL @ Hirstzibit. Just BAD, no ass. They do make up for it by selling a Panther De Ville ('modelled on the Bugatti Royale driven by Al Capone' - did he?), Olds Toronado 7 litre FWD FTW!!! and these beauties:
Guest
1988 Austin Mini Mayfair Nice to see a scabby unloved-looking Mini for a change. Rod/b
That Metro is lovely, it's the same as my Brother's first car, less the rampant rust.Wrong wheels and steering wheel, if you want to be picky...
Guest
1982 Peugeot 104 GL Excellent! Have to wonder what the ratio of 104s remaining to the amount sold is. 1955 Land Rover Series 1 Bloody typical, I only left it parked there for ten minutes. 1970-something Vauxhall Cavalier 1.6 Hey good effort there, fantastic ad, seriously! Nice work. 1988 Ford Escort 1.3 Popular This is excellent, bet it reeks of "Drum" and has loads of spent scratchcards in the passenger footwell. I would drive it around wearing some two-stripe tracky bottoms with a face full of despair.

Guest
1991 Mercury Grand Marquis LS I absolutely love these, just look at it! Imagine how much mystery and excitement one of these could add to your life. You could "tail" people in it, park down alleyways, sit in it and drink coffee out of white paper cups, put a body in the boot. Truly a multi-purpose vehicle! Guest
Is it possible to have your mate hand you something in a folded newspaper through the window of this car? Maybe while you're drinking that coffee.Yeah I reckon that would be feasible, obviously you would need to finish the coffee at this point and chuck the empty cup on the dashboard with the rest of them.Obviously the boot wouldn't just be for bodies, you could also use it for storing a slim aluminium suitcase which may or may not contain a broken-down rifle with a really snazzy scope. Milford Cubicle
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/CLASSIC-CARS_W0QQ ... 0543963113 I can kind of see the appeal of kit cars as a form of escapism, budget Lotus 7 replicas built on Sierra chassis and the like, but when it looks like an ill-judged Chinese Suzuki SJ copy I'm lost.
