at the moment its got tractor wheels n tyres on to fit these on the front we had to take the brake callipers off so there is no foot brake.

Looks like he's hotched the brakes on a bit hard when driving out the garage, with the result that the entire front end of the vehicle's structure has fallen apart. Well known mini fault that.
