This item will need collecting in person because of the weight. It is still installed in the vehicle so that the winning bidder can hear it run. I will help with the removal from the body. Collection from South London.
mk2_craig
He's not got any other parts from it listed. It seems pretty clear to me his intention is to get rid of the whole thing in one go rather than breaking it. Listing it this way with the photo of the van allows him to "advertise" the vehicle but save money by placing it in the "spare parts" category Reg. First Brazilian car to run on ethanol back in the mid-70s too. There was a 1.3 diesel too, which must have been, um, slow. .

Cavcraft
Not a Ledbury, but an Apple2000Oof and whoosh! Thing is how can a dead person drive for 5,500 miles? Or did he mean it's had one dead owner and three or four still alive? Anyway that gets Cavette's 'car of the week' on eBay.
Ross_K
Have we had this crunched Sud yet?We also service and repair all models of Alfa Romeos, old and newBut we can't be arsed repairing the bonnet and grille on this one.Unfortunately she has to go, first or all we never have the time to finish her, and secondly we need the space, so bless her little cotton socks, but she’s got to go.People who give cars human personas should be shot."No time/need space". The only excuse missing is "the wife won't let us keep it".A more likely scenario is that it was a customer's car, the apprentice took it for a spin to the shops to pick up some teabags and wanged it into the back of a van or something. pompei
My mate was telling me yesterday a tale of a mint Sud needing a wing and a bumper after being hit by an Italian moron. Insurance have impounded the car after having recovered it and won't return it or pay out, saying it's beyond economic repair, and it seems destined to be cubed Thing is of course, that this is a pretty cheap fix once you factor out main stealer type overheads/labour rates and the "is it an insurance job, M8 premium". Few hundred quid I'd put it at.So it seems especially strange (and bad for business) that an Alfa repair specialist can't sort out a small front end bump on what looks to be an otherwise good Sud. And I'm not sure what some customers would make of a Sud as a courtesy car I love them, but I know they're not everyone's cup of tea, no power steering, sticky synchro etc, and I think being offered a 25 year old car looks, well, just ODD.The whole story has the scent of rodent about it ...
