He was talking about work on Sunday so it's probably nothing.

Rumours of my demise have been greatly exaggerated. I may be a pain the arse, but I appear to have a use.

Ricochet..... yeah, I believe a certain movie/fillum star could attest to that, if we knew a suitable medium.

Just having a casual flick through on eBay and there are a few F-bodies and a couple of 90s Mustangs (post Fox body?) with a v6 for less than 3 grand. I don't know if that's over priced but still seems a better bet than the car in the o/p. No doubt you'd be blown away at the traffic light Grand Prix by Clio 172s or even just a 2.0 Focus but they are at least RWD.

The same money could get you a Town Car with v8 though;

As an AS bonus the front bumper doubles as a park bench and a convenient place to store your weekly shop. Win.

Go for the Lincoln! Loads of car for little money. Quick they aren't but who gives a shit when you look that cool! Plus, nobody messes with you when your piloting such a beast! If a Clio hit that you probably wouldn't even notice.

Didn't someone on here recently buy one of those?

You forgot to mention how suitable for woolarding they are.

Besides, if it's RWD and V8 you're after, you don't have to spend Town Car money.

Well, you actually do, until it's on the correct side of the Irish Sea, now that I think of it.

I've posted that one before. If it was almost any other year of the 2nd gen Crown Vic, it might be mine now.
