Itera Bike - £60

Can I tempt anyone with some plastic bike loveliness? For spears or reapers as it requires new tyres (supplied) and brakes need a bit of fettling. I replaced the front tyre yesterday but punctured two inner tubes trying to wrestle the tyre back on. I am hopeless at bike maintenance, always have been, and my interest evaporates quickly (unlike with cars where I do try and persist with stuff).

It’s an early one with the plastic handlebars, and date stamp shows it being a May 1982 build. The 3-speed Sturmey Archer gears work, and it’s mostly complete bar the dynamo for the front light and stand. An actual OMG barn find, as the previous owner inherited it with his house that had a big FO barn in the grounds.

More a curiosity than actual transport, I’m not expecting much interest seeing as Cavcraft had to give his one away! I’ll bung it on eBay but just thought I’d try here first.

Can deliver within reasonable distance, otherwise collection from Beckenham, SE London.

Brakes should be pretty easy to do, the tyres are a pain though as the wheels are quite deep dished, I seem to recall. If anyone up this way buys it, I'll fit the tyres and have a go at the brakes, if wanted.
